About Us

Since 2023

RHE (PT Ryoshin Harapan Edukasi) is a Japanese-language training institute (LPK) in Surabaya, a licensed Sending Organization (SO) for technical internships and Tokutei Ginou, and a licensed Indonesian migrant-worker placement company (P3MI). Since 2023 we have handled everything: Japanese-language education, selection, departure, and support after participants arrive in Japan.

Our principle is simple: honest with candidates, accountable to our partners in Japan. As of May 2026, we have sent 104 participants to Japan across 9 job fields. With certified teachers, our programs build not only skills and language but also work ethics and mindset — including an IQ test in our candidate selection.

SENDING ORGANIZATION (SO)

A Sending Organization (SO) is an education and sending institution that provides Japanese-language and culture training within the Republic of Indonesia.

The SO is responsible for preparing participants to be fully competent before departure to Japan, and operates under the supervision of the Directorate General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Ministry of Manpower).

Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI)

An Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI) is a legal entity licensed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to place Indonesian migrant workers abroad — including recruitment, training, placement, and the protection of workers before, during, and after employment, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

LPK RHE is ISO 9001:2015 certified — the international Quality Management System standard — ensuring professional, structured training focused on producing graduates who are ready to work in Japan.

Our Commitment

Honest with candidates and with companies.

No deposits

We never charge candidates deposits or penalties. Costs are designed so candidates do not fall into heavy debt — the root cause of workers running away.

Transparent fees

Candidate fees are itemised in writing, paid only to the company bank account, and always receipted.

Licensed legal entity

Every process — including recruitment — is run by a licensed legal entity, never in any individual’s name.

Training: Preparing Job-Ready Talent

Language target: JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic A2 or higher, taught by certified instructors, over about 6 months of training.

Japanese language

Reading, listening, speaking, interview practice, and workplace Japanese.

Work ethics (every day)

Hō-ren-sō, 5S, punctuality, greetings and manners.

Job skills

Basic skills for the job field, occupational safety (K3), and physical fitness.

Support in Japan

Our work does not end at departure. Together with the host company and the supervising organisation (kumiai), we support participants throughout their time in Japan.

Regular check-ins

Periodic interviews to monitor each participant’s situation and needs.

Native-language consultation

Participants can consult us in Indonesian.

Reporting to the company

Issues are communicated openly to the host company.

Fast response

Problems are addressed as quickly as possible.

Family contact

We act as a link with families in Indonesia.

Return / re-entry support

We help with returning home and with coming back to work in Japan.
